5 Rounds or 20 minutes, which ever comes first

Baseline to baseline - 45 lb. plate overhead walking lunges
Down and back - 5 standing broad jumps then 3 burpess, repeat broad jump and burpee sequence until down and back completed.
*no creeping forward on the broad jumps

or

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
75 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 20" box
