Every Minute on the Minute:
4 Toes to bar
8 Pushups
12 Kettlebell swings - 45 lbs.

Continue rounds until unable to complete within the 1 minute period.  If you have completed less than 12 rounds, continue doing reps until 12 rounds are done.  You are off the clock at this point.
