Burpee Box Jump ladder

Go as long as you can with a running clock, each minute adding one more burpee box jump:

First minute, 1 burpee box jump
Second minute, 2 burpee box jumps
Third minute, 3 burpee box jumps
And so on, until you can't finish the required number of reps in that minute

Once you're out, you get one minute rest, then do 6 per minute through 15 minutes.
