25 Dips
20 Knees to elbows (toes to bar)
30 Kettlebell swings
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 25 pound dumbbells (could be 20 or 30 - remember to get below the weight for the squat)
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots
20 Push-ups
