10 one-legged good mornings with kettlebell - each leg
5 back squat - heavier
10 one-legged good mornings with kettlebell
2 back squat - even heavier
10 one-legged good mornings with kettlebell
10 front squat - lighter than first round of back squats

50 push-ups (25 w/feet on box)
