Five rounds for time of:
12 Deadlift 165-225 lbs
20 Pull-ups
12 Clean and jerk 85-135 lbs.
20 Knees to elbows

    Steve - 35:38 185 deadlift. 95 clean & jerk.
    Mike - 36:48 Started at 185 on the deadlift, took some weight off last rounds. 95 clean & jerk.
