Warm Up
General warm up and stretching
then
4 Rounds - 15 seconds on each:
Jumping jacks
Air squats
Burpee
Grasshoppers
then
4 Rounds:
Sprint down
Walking lunge back

"Imlay City"

100 Air squats
15 push press - 95 lbs.
75 squats
12 jerk press- 115 lbs.
50 squats
9 push press - 95 lbs.
25 squats
6 jerk press
