1st lap
Carry dumbbell to top floor
15 pushups at bottom

2nd lap
15 clean squats – right hand
15 situps

3rd lap
15 clean squats – left hand
15 burpees

4th lap
15 Overhead squats with dumbbell
15 double unders

5th lap
15 kettle bell swings
Carry dumbbell to 1st floor
