Back to posting after a short hiatus. Mike, Danny, and Steve are back from injury and "vacations".

 For Time:
30 Burpees
40 Two-arm dumbbell ground-to-overhead, 30-35 lbs.
50 Toes to bar
100 foot Walking lunge with 45lb plate held overhead
